Cozumel Dives


Once in Cozumel get ready for some of the best “WALL DIVING” in the world. With average visibility of more than 130 feet or 40 meters and vertical drop offs to deep blue abyss, this is what Cozumel diving is famous for.

You can choose your 2 Cozumel dives from over 15 world famous reefs like Palancar, Santa Rosa,  Columbia, San Francisco, Punta Sur, Maracaibo, Yucab, Cordona, and the list goes on.

Large sponges and beautiful corals are what make Cozumel a must for your dive vacation.



Manta Divers will pick you up at your Hotel at 6:30AM and drive you to Playa del Carmen to catch the 8AM ferry to Cozumel (please note that pick up times vary on the hotel location).Once on Cozumel you willl then be taken to the dive boat nearby. The first dive will be a wall dive. During your surface interval you will have lunch with refreshments on the boat, followed by a reef dive after lunch.  Once diving for the day is done you will then return to Cozumel to head to the ferry for your return tirp to Cancun which is between 5 -6 PM.

Q? What is the water temperature?

A1. In the ocean:

April to November 80 – 84 °F / 27 – 29 °C

December to March 74 – 79 °F / 23 – 26 °C

A2. In the cenotes:

Year round 75 °F / 24 °C




Q? What happens if the weather is too bad to go out?

A. Unfortunately Manta Divers is not in control of the weather, and we can not guarantee sunny skies and calm waters everyday. However, your safety is our number one priority and we will always ensure conditions are satisfactory before we go out. In the event a trip is cancelled due to weather we will make every effort to reschedule. If it is not possible a full refund will be given. However, if a trip is not cancelled and a diver decides to not go out this will constitute as a NO SHOW and the appropriate policy will be applied.

Q? What is the cancellation policy?

A. Please note, if canceled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Q? Are tips included?

A. No, tips are not included in our prices. In Mexico a tip of 10 – 15 % is suggested if you are satisfied with the service.

A. Yes, all taxes are included in our prices. There are no hidden fees, so what is listed is what you will pay.

A. Yes, there is a chamber located in downtown Cancun. It is available 24/7 for emergencies.
